Order Processing Time:
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and fulfill your order before it is shipped. We’re working hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible!
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times typically range from 4–10 business days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that holidays and customs delays may affect delivery times.
Shipping from Global Vendors:
At LinaLux, we proudly collaborate with small vendors worldwide to bring you unique products. Some items may ship directly from our international partners. Because of this, shipping times are estimates only, and exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order includes a pre-ordered or backordered item, any available items will be shipped right away. The remaining items will be shipped separately as soon as they’re back in stock. If you receive only part of your order, rest assured the rest is on its way!

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or a text message (if you provided a mobile number) with your tracking ID and a link to track your package.
Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking updates to appear. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, check your inbox or spam folder, or contact our support team.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at hello@wearlinalux.com. We work quickly to process orders, so changes may only be possible within a short window.

Lost or Stolen Packages
LinaLux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue.
